I'm new to shampoo and conditioner bars - what can I expect? The shampoo bar will lather very quickly (use only 3 swipes, as a little goes a long way). The conditioner bar conditions and detangles your hair, but doesn't lather. However, when you rinse, you'll feel that your hair is conditioned.

The Conditioner bar takes a minute to get used to - do you have any pro-tips? Make sure your hair is soaking wet when you run the bar over your hair. This will activate the bar. Don't expect it to lather - trust the process. When you rinse, you will feel your hair is lightly conditioned, soft, and detangled. Repeat if needed.

Why is the scent so light in my shampoo and conditioner bars? This is intentional - we use only botanical oils and extracts for scent and don't use toxic phthalates (a chemical typically used in hair care products to accentuate perfumes).
